Who we are

Islander Pass is operated from Ibiza, Spain. We provide a curated guide to night and day events, deals, and PR contact services.

What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (required for login)
• Name (optional)

We do not collect behavioural analytics or track which events or venues you view.

How we use your data

• Your email is used only for authentication (login and verification).
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or third-party analytics.

Third-party links, bookings, and purchases

Our app may link to third-party websites, including club, venue, promoter, and ticketing pages. If you buy drinks, book tables, purchase tickets, or pay for entry on a third-party website reached through our app, that transaction is made directly with the third party and not with us.

We are not the seller, merchant, booking agent, or event organiser for those transactions. Prices, availability, admission decisions, age checks, ID/document verification at the door, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, venue policies, and the quality or safety of third-party services are determined solely by the relevant third party.

Liability disclaimer

We provide event listings, venue information, and external links for convenience only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, refusal of entry, overcharge, failed booking, or other issue arising from purchases or arrangements made on third-party websites or with third-party venues, clubs, promoters, or service providers.

Clubs and venues independently verify age and ID/documentation before admitting guests. Entry may be refused by the venue even if a user has purchased a ticket, table, package, or drink offer through a third party.

Any claim, refund request, or dispute relating to drinks, tickets, reservations, or club entry must be addressed directly with the third party that processed or fulfilled the transaction.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under EU law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, use the Delete my account action in the Account tab in the app, or contact us by email.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the Account tab. This removes your email and name from our systems.

Data retention

Account data (email and name) is deleted immediately upon request.

Cookies and tracking

This app does not use cookies. We use only local on-device storage and our own Supabase database hosted in the EU.
